How much does a session cost?
I charge £55 per hourly session.
What happens during the first session?
This is a chance for you and I to find out what you would like to focus on. I will ask a variety of questions, some of which help me to ensure that my training, skills and experience are relevant to what you would like to focus on. As the counselling relationship is an important part of what happens in the sessions, it is a good time for both of us to decide whether we can work effectively together.
What if I can't make a session?
I would need 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment (if I have available space at an alternative time). Otherwise the full amount of the session would be charged to you.
